The Company
Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) is a leading global corporate insurance carrier. Worldwide, AGCS operates in 33 countries and through Allianz Group and partners in over 200 countries and territories, employing over 4,300 people.
Ocupantes unified two separate locations into one. The office in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo were closed and unified in the Edifício WTorre Nações Unidas Torre III in the Pinheiros district. Ocupantes conducted a delicate negotiation obtaining an excellent result for AGCS which included the delivery of the raised floor, dropped ceiling, lighting fixtures, partitions and AC ducts according to tenant’s layout and at the expense of the Lessor.

He founded Ocupantes in 2004 after having worked for 8 years in a multinational real estate consultancy firm. It led the company to carry out 1276 transactions, totaling R$8.27 billion in amounts traded in over 17 million square meters.
He received a degree in civil engineering from the University of Durham in England and a master’s degree in construction engineering from the University of Cantabria in Spain.
