The Company
CPS Color is a multinational company, market leader in tinting systems, which offers a complete range of products such as paint mixing machines, dedicated software, colorants, color cards and customer service support. It is also affiliated to international entities dedicated to the study of color trends and influences, incessantly seeking new markets and applications for its products. CPS Color is, therefore, a provider of complete solutions in activities where precision in the production and mixing of inks is required.

CPS Color was looking for a very specific integrated solution for its occupation plan in Brazil:
1) Integration of the stock (which was in Embu – SP) with the commercial, administrative and technical areas (which were in the Berrini region, São Paulo);
2) This new location should allow the operation of a laboratory and the installation of the showroom, as well as the loading and unloading of machines and imported products, and its location should facilitate its distribution;
3) The property should also have an excellent corporate image that translates the concept of modernity present in the high technology with which CPS works.
All these changes should result in a reduction of the company’s global occupation costs.
Hired by CPS Color, Ocupantes understood the peculiarities of this project and undertook extensive research in areas jointly determined with the client. This research included the municipalities of ABCD, Barueri and São Paulo. It was necessary to report all progress to the Finnish head office, presenting each alternative with its respective advantages and disadvantages in relation to the others, and to organize visits so that the decision-makers – from abroad – could visit only those options that really met CPS’ needs.
At the end of the research and visits two properties were selected and negotiations began. The occupation profile suitable for CPS, the ideal office/warehouse ratio and the very favorable commercial terms obtained by Ocupantes in the negotiations determined the choice of warehouse 28 at Condomínio Espace Center, located on Marginal Tietê, Vila Anastácio. This property will offer CPS flexibility for the installation of all the business areas and easy access to clients, as well as security, public transportation, restaurants on site and nearby, and hotels for the company’s executives from abroad.
