The Company
Whirlpool is the world’s largest appliance manufacturer headquartered in Benton Harbor, Michigan, USA.
The company has annual sales of approximately $20 billion, about 77,000 employees, and 59 production and research centers around the world.
The company owns several famous household appliance brands around the world such as Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Consul, Brastemp, B.blend, Maytag, Indesit, Hot Point, Bauknecht, Amana, Acros, Diqua, Gladiator, and others.

Multibrás, part of the Whirlpool group and owner of the Brastemp brand, hired Ocupantes to undertake an “Occupational Analysis, Space Planning and Cost Analysis” involving four sites in São Paulo: the main office and the Tamboré, São Paulo Industrial and São Caetano units. With this study it was possible to plan actions that can be taken in the short, medium and long term to reduce costs related to Real Estate.
