Infinity Officing Solutions is one of the largest Business Solutions companies in Brazil, present in 16 offices, in prominent commercial buildings, spread throughout the 9 major Brazilian metropolises.
With no presence on the Paulista Avenue in São Paulo, Infinity counted on the support of Ocupantes to identify an office area of approximately 1,000 m2, on a single slab, in a Class A commercial building. After extensive research in the Paulista region, Ocupantes identified the 4th floor of the Parque Cultural Paulista building, where the Casa das Rosas is located, a building listed as a city landmark. In addition to negotiating the lease contract for Infinity, Ocupantes was also the first company to sublet the new Infinity office to two of its corporate clients.
