The Company
Prosperitas was previously the investment arm of GP Investimentos, one of Brazil’s largest investment fund managers.
With the objective of having their own identity, Prosperitas retained Ocupantes to identify, in the market, an office between 300 and 350 m2, located in a Class A building, but with a very competitive occupational cost. After an extremely detailed search in the Itaim Bibi and Vila Olímpia region, in less than a week Ocupantes identified an excellent opportunity for Prosperitas, on the 13th floor of the CBS Building, with a wonderful view of the Ibirapuera Park.
