The Company
IJS Global, a logistics company, was founded in New York in 1976, grew rapidly, and is now present in more than 100 countries worldwide.
The new director of IJS in Brazil, a client of Ocupantes when he was managing another company in the business, had no doubts in suggesting Ocupantes as the partner to whom they would attribute the responsibility of finding the space for the headquarters in Brazil and to represent them in the negotiation of contractual conditions. The final result was extremely satisfactory: the best contractual conditions in an excellent building, the Sudameris Building, in the Berrini region.
