Hargos Recovery of Personal Credit is a young company that, due to the great growth, needed to expand its occupancy from 320 m2 to 800 m2. The desire to migrate to Paulista encountered several obstacles, mainly due to the presentation of options by several real estate agencies that passed on information in a non-detailed, random manner and in various formats.
A Hargos employee, who was already familiar with Ocupantes’ work, recommended our services. Ocupantes raised the options that met expectations, started the visits, presented comparative financial analyzes and mediated the negotiations.
