The Company
Invista is the world’s largest fiber, resin and intermediates company, serving companies in various market segments. Founded on a tradition of excellence, Invista is dedicated to exceeding its customers’ needs with global competence, strong brands and innovative technology.

In Brazil, Invista’s client service center was located inside a building fully occupied by DuPont’s South America headquarters, in Alphaville, 45 minutes away from São Paulo. Because of this, Invista could not develop a new corporate identity, and therefore needed the advice of real estate experts to propose other office alternatives, and to guide them through the entire relocation process.
Invista found in Ocupantes the resources necessary to conduct the acquisition process for its new office. Ocupantes researched the office market, in the previously established areas, and presented suitable alternatives, thereby avoiding unnecessary visits and wasted time. The assistance in the decision making process was complete. Ocupantes prepared detailed cash flow analyses for comparison, classification of the buildings according to client criteria, as well as meticulous reports describing each building and its facilities, specifications and nearby infrastructure.
Through concomitant negotiations on the best alternatives, and using its extensive database of market comparisons, Ocupantes may offer Invista the best deal: 1,000 m2, in the Villa Lobos building, located in the neighborhood of Alto de Pinheiros, in São Paulo. And considering that the building is directly integrated to the Shopping Villa Lobos, this option fully met the client’s interests in terms of security for their staff, as well as providing proximity and easy access to their office.
