IMCD Brasil, formerly known as Makeni Chemicals, is a company with a solid history since its foundation in 1981. Acting as a leader in the distribution of specialty chemicals in Brazil, the company represents globally recognized suppliers in various market segments.

The IMCD Brazil Challenge
Its offices were located next to the chemical warehouse in Diadema, SP, and, after being acquired by IMCD Group, the need for a more corporate headquarters became evident. Furthermore, it was crucial to be closer to suppliers to offer better conditions to the Commercial Department.
Based on the premises established by IMCD, Ocupantes carried out a comprehensive research, presenting all the options that could meet the company’s needs in its project for a new headquarters in São Paulo. These options included not only the quality of the space, but also relevant commercial aspects. Negotiations were conducted rigorously, aiming to obtain the best conditions.
Through a process carefully conducted by Ocupantes, IMCD Brasil signed a lease agreement in the Morumbi Corporate Golden Tower building – 15th Floor. This choice was the one that best served both from a qualitative and commercial aspect.
