With $6 billion in global sales, Ecolab is the world leader in the development of high-quality hygiene, food safety and health protection products and services for the hospitality, industrial and institutional markets.
Ecolab needed to acquire land in Macaé to serve its main customer, Petrobrás, through the construction of a factory that necessarily needed to be located close to Petrobrás in Parque dos Tubos in Macaé.
Ocupantes was hired to look for the property and represent it in the negotiations. Among several options raised, Ecolab chose a land in the industrial district of Bellavista, next to Petrobras.
The client was very satisfied with the final result, especially with the dedication of the Ocupantes team in the final stretch of revising the definitive deed.
