Founded in 1975, the São Paulo law firm Mariz de Oliveira e Siqueira Campos Advogados is recognized as a leader in the tax area. With a solid reputation and credibility, it has become a reference in complex tax issues, being considered one of the best firms in Brazil in this segment.
The lease contract for the space occupied by Mariz de Oliveira e Siqueira Campos Advogados, located on the 16th floor of the New Century Building, was about to expire. Given this scenario, our team was hired to present alternatives and carry out a detailed analysis, aiming at a strategic decision for the future: renew the contract in the same space or seek relocation.
We play a crucial role, acting on two fronts simultaneously. On the one hand, we looked for spaces that met Mariz’s specific occupancy premises. At the same time, we began negotiations with the owners of the space that Mariz occupied, aiming to obtain the best conditions.
The result of this work was a comparative financial analysis between the three best options available: staying in the current space, moving to a new location and relocating after negotiations with the owners of the current space, now at a more advantageous value.
The outcome of this process was extraordinarily positive for Mariz de Oliveira e Siqueira Campos Advogados. The agreement for the new period represented significant savings of approximately R$2.4 million. This strategic decision not only provided a more solid financial base for the company, but also consolidated its presence in the New Century Building, a place of prestige and recognition.
