When faced with high costs at Regus and the search for its own space, Activision turned its attention to the WTC Building. After detailed visits to the market, the space at WTC emerged as the perfect choice to house the company and its employees.
Our representation on location played a crucial role in this process, ensuring that the move to WTC was not only strategic, but also financially viable. The team responsible for this transition was able to complete the lease within the approved costs, providing Activision with a new home that met not only their practical needs, but also their budget.
