The Company
Deutsche Bank is a global multinational investment bank and financial services company headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, with a network that spans 58 countries in Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Ocupantes was engaged by the client for a rent review for its São Paulo office, where it occupied 4,580 m² on four floors. The project involved the delivery of one floor, the need to negotiate a significant rent reduction on the remaining space, and a market report on recent transactions. Additionally, a number of test fits and financial analyses were needed to support the negotiation to obtain the desired rent reduction.
