Coelho e Morello, a law firm with more than two decades of experience, has established itself as a reference in business law, covering various areas, from labor to copyright law. With a team of 130 employees and associates, the company serves around 300 organizations, some of them internationally renowned.
Faced with rapid and significant expansion, the office located in Bairro Alto de Pinheiros became insufficient to meet the growing operations. It was in this context that the demand for a new space arose, ready for immediate occupation, without the costs and bureaucracy common in installation processes.

This speed was essential to meet the assumptions established by the client, avoiding interruptions to Coelho and Morello’s operations during the change process.

He is a Partner – Corporate Real Estate Director at Ocupantes and has been working in the real estate market since 1996. He specializes in corporate representation services, acting as project leader for Ocupantes’ large clients. He has already worked at the French multinational bank, Société Générale, in the foreign currency lending department and, later, in the planning area of Eurofarma.
