Zodiac Produtos Farmacêuticos is a company that has stood out in the market for more than two decades for its dedication to patient well-being and innovation in its medical solutions. The company faced challenges in its location and operations, which resulted in the search for a new headquarters and a partnership with Ocupantes.
Zodiac faced challenges related to locating and operating distribution in an old building, with no resources available to invest in a move. The company needed a solution that would provide operational efficiency, occupying a single space in a more modern and suitable environment.
Faced with the challenges presented by Zodiac, we at Ocupantes stepped in, offering representation consultancy in office leasing. We found a new space in the WTorre Morumbi building, with 1,340 m2, which met Zodiac’s specific needs.
The move to a triple A space, combined with a more attractive rental price and a significant cost allowance of R$1.9 million for the move, exceeded expectations. The company achieved excellent occupancy in a single slab, optimizing its operations and enjoying commercial advantages.

He is a Partner – Corporate Real Estate Director at Ocupantes and has been working in the real estate market since 1996. He specializes in corporate representation services, acting as project leader for Ocupantes’ large clients. He has already worked at the French multinational bank, Société Générale, in the foreign currency lending department and, later, in the planning area of Eurofarma.
