The IMCD Brasil Group is a reference in the distribution of chemical specialties. Representing globally recognized suppliers, the company operates in several sectors, including detergents, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, coatings, nutrition, lubricants, synthesis, plastics and general industry.
Ocupantes realized that close to the third year of the contract, there was an overprice in the rental value of the Morumbi Corporate Golden Tower building. In view of this, we decided to act, aiming to guarantee more favorable conditions for fulfilling the contract. We contacted the building’s landlord, starting a negotiation process. After mutual efforts, we achieved a significant reduction of 9.23% in the rent. This achievement not only alleviated short-term financial pressure, but also laid a solid foundation for IMCD’s future decisions.

Solutions for the future
The reduction in the rental value allowed the IMCD Group to continue fulfilling the contract under more advantageous conditions. Furthermore, it provided the company with the opportunity to reevaluate its occupancy plan, considering broader solutions for the medium and long term.
While the first step was the successful negotiation for a rent reduction, our team didn’t stop there. The company has already outlined the best solutions for the future of the IMCD Group, aiming to optimize its occupancy plan and ensure long-term operational efficiency.
