Cummins was founded in 1919 in the USA and is a Fortune 500 company with 61,600 employees worldwide that designs, manufactures and distributes engines, filtration and power generation products. In Brazil, Cummins was created in 1971 and has four factories.
Ocupantes made a full valuation of the site, marketing recommendations, implemented the marketing initiatives, conducted tours, negotiations and contractual reviews. In addition we supported buyer and seller in the due diligence process. A successful marketing campaign resulted in the identification of 4 interested parties with whom concurrent negotiations were made, increasing the final purchase value 20% above the client’s expectations.
