Ocupantes assisted in the relocation of its offices in Barra Funda to a class AA building located in Itaim Bibi, bringing the company closer to its customers and partners. The biggest challenge faced by Ocupantes was negotiating favorable commercial bases with two different owners and keeping the bases agreed for a long period while internal approvals were obtained.
