A Dutch company, active in the decoration, architecture and construction sectors, solidified its presence by occupying a floor in the Park Tower Building. With branches in more than 10 countries, the organization had been in the same location for five years, renewing the lease contract for another five.

With strategic skill, they managed to not only justify, but also obtain a reduction of almost 35% in the rent. This success not only guaranteed the continuity of the partnership but also demonstrated the company’s expertise in representing its clients.
