The story with Lionbridge is a testament to this principle. The first collaboration between Ocupantes and Lionbridge dates back to 2012, when we carried out a project for one of the company’s neighbors. At the time, Lionbridge occupied a traditional office in the Berrini region. Driven by our services and negotiations, they moved to Rua Verbo Divino, in Chácara Santo Antônio, in search of a cost reduction.
The partnership has evolved over the years. In 2017, Ocupantes led the renewal of Lionbridge’s contract, resulting in significant 33% rent savings. The following year, we negotiated an expansion to the neighboring complex on behalf of Lionbridge.
We recently played a crucial role in the relocation of Lionbridge to a higher standard building, remaining in the Chácara Santo Antônio region, now occupying a 600 m2 space due to market conditions.

Member of CRECI, graduated in Real Estate Administration from the College of Estate Management at the University of Reading, in England, and studied Real Estate Law for non-lawyers at FMU in Brazil.
