    This strategic partnership provided the technical and operational support necessary to expand its service network, resulting in extremely satisfactory achievements.

    A partnership that yielded effective results

    The collaboration between Bradesco Seguros and Ocupantes aimed to create solutions aimed at implementing operational infrastructures and service centers, aiming to protect the lives, future perspectives, well-being and material assets of policyholders.

    This partnership began in 2009 and lasted until 2012, over four years dedicated to hard and diligent work.

    Ocupantes played a fundamental role during this period, leading the creation and expansion of service centers dedicated to Bradesco Seguros policyholders and brokers.

    Along this path, Ocupantes carried out a thorough analysis of the insurer’s specific needs, adapting solutions according to the particularities of each project to be developed in Brazil.

    A good partnership promotes results achieved with satisfaction

    As a result of this partnership, Ocupantes served Bradesco Seguros in 100 different locations, preparing 96 research reports throughout Brazil and opening negotiations on 65 different properties.

    Of this set, 49 rental contracts were formalized, with the majority of them (23 in total) concentrated in the city of São Paulo, including 14 contracts in locations in the interior of São Paulo. Furthermore, Ocupantes’ operations extended to Rio de Janeiro and several states in the Central-West and Northeast regions of the country.

    Bradesco Auto Center – Distrito Federal

    It is important to highlight that almost half of the rentals carried out were intended to serve the BAC (Bradesco Auto Center) model, an Automotive Center known for its excellence in service to policyholders. This model emphasizes the agility and effectiveness of the experience offered to the customer, being the epicenter of operations.

    Over these four years of work and collaboration, 65 negotiations were carried out and 49 lease contracts were signed.
