Dow Jones’ strategic need in Rio de Janeiro
Given the imminent sporting events in Rio de Janeiro, Dow Jones recognized the importance of establishing an office strategically located in the city. As a company specializing in providing real-time news and data, geographic proximity has become crucial to keeping your operation efficient and connected to developments.
With the task of finding the ideal location for Dow Jones, we at Ocupantes present five viable alternatives between the Botafogo and Leblon neighborhoods. Of these options, three were selected to begin negotiations. In this context, we play a fundamental role in offering strategic location solutions for establishing offices. A notable case of this partnership was the offer of a space in the Rio Sul Center – Torre do Rio Sul building, measuring 135 m², to Dow Jones.
