AVEVA sought to renew its lease at the iconic Torre do Rio Sul, a vital space for its operations in Brazil. The challenge was to maintain the quality of the location, but with a significant reduction in rental costs. With an area of 649.9 m², the rent needed to be adjusted to market value.
