Smith & Nephew, a global company dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals in more than 100 countries, stands out for its innovative approach to designing advanced medical products and services. Committed to improving the quality of life of patients around the world, the company constantly seeks to optimize its resources, including issues related to the cost of renting its spaces.

Smith & Nephew identified that it was paying a rent above market value for the space it occupied in the CEA – Centro Empresarial do Aço building. Given this finding, the company realized the need to seek a solution that would reduce these costs without compromising the quality of its services and operations.

    Representation in rent review

It was in this context that Smith & Nephew decided to rely on the services offered by us at Ocupantes. The partnership was established with the clear objective of representing them in reviewing the rental value, aiming to reduce costs without damaging the relationship with the building owner.

We played a fundamental role in this process, demonstrating competence and commitment in negotiating the new rental value. The result was a remarkable success: we managed to generate significant savings for Smith & Nephew of more than R$600,000.00 over the next three years.
