The Company
ARRIS is a global manufacturer of telecommunication equipment with headquarters in the USA. Their innovations include IP, video and broadband technology employing over 6 thousand people across 30 countries.
After completing a new acquisition, Arris engaged Ocupantes to consolidate its two existing offices in the city of São Paulo into one location. The most immediate challenge was to identify available spaces within the existing buildings where the offices were located. After reaching out to all the tenants in the Landmark building and promting their relocation, Ocupantes was able to successfully complete Arris´ expansion with minimum impact, especially in relation to the server rooms, achieving significant savings.
