The trajectory of All Chemistry do Brasil is marked by its foundation in 1997, with a clear purpose: to serve the compounding pharmacy market. Initially focused on natural products, the company has expanded its line over the years to satisfy all the needs of this constantly evolving sector.
Challenges of Relocation
All Chemistry faced a significant challenge when it was acquired by the Fagron Group. The need to relocate the company was evident, especially considering its previous location, located close to Rodovia dos Imigrantes, facilitating the transport of goods through the Port of Santos. However, occupying a single property presented several logistical difficulties.
In this context, the partnership with Ocupantes was fundamental. The Ocupantes team understood All Chemistry/Fagron’s specific needs and worked hard to find a suitable solution. The result was the relocation of the company to CL Imigrantes 1, a logistics condominium with an excellent location, security and AAA infrastructure.
Benefits of the new location
The move to CL Imigrantes 1 represented not only a significant improvement in logistical terms, but also an opportunity to optimize costs. Despite the upgrade in occupancy, we managed to keep costs equivalent to those of a single-user property, thanks to the efficiency provided by the logistics condominium.
The results of the relocation were beyond expectations. All Chemistry, now operating under the Fagron name, has experienced a smooth and efficient transition while maintaining the quality of its services and products. The reports and analyzes presented by the Ocupantes team were classified as excellent, as was the speed of responding to queries, the monitoring and support in the development of the project and the negotiation strategy adopted.
