The Japanese Hitachi High-Tech, recognized worldwide for its leadership in technology, was going through a significant moment in its trajectory in Brazil. Operating in more than 100 countries, the company decided to relocate its office to São Paulo, seeking a more suitable environment to meet its expansion and innovation needs.
After intense searches and more than 20 visits to different buildings, Hitachi High-Tech identified the ideal location for its new headquarters. This selection process involved analysis in a relatively tight market. Hitachi High-Tech sought an environment that provided operational efficiency and convenience for its employees.
Hitachi High-Tech knocked on Ocupantes’ door to lead the relocation process after receiving a recommendation from another Japanese company that was already an Ocupantes client. The choice of the Maria Santos Building for Hitachi High-Tech’s new headquarters in São Paulo was supported by several analyzes and we always ensured that Hitachi High-Tech’s interests were served in a transparent and effective way.
