The search for excellence and innovation is a hallmark of a Japanese industrial automation company, which has been revolutionizing the global market for 48 years. With a presence on five continents, more than 260 offices spread across 40 countries and a portfolio of more than 300,000 companies served in 110 nations, the company stands out as one of the most innovative in the world, as recognized by Forbes.
With the aim of strengthening its presence in the interior of São Paulo and better serving a wide range of clients, the company decided to expand its operations to a new office in the Campinas region. This expansion aimed not only to expand its operational capacity, but also to consolidate its position as a leader in the industrial automation sector.
Choosing the ideal location
For its new office, the company had specific requirements: a modern building, with a bold design and easy access to the region’s main highways. To ensure a smooth and efficient transition to its new office, the company relied on the services offered by Ocupantes, which, after a thorough search for the ideal location, found an available space in the Galleria Corporate building – Torre II in Campinas. This choice was not made randomly, but after a detailed analysis of the various options available in the region.
