With a vast network of operations that extends over more than two hundred routes and connects 420 ports in 150 countries, a French container shipping giant, based in Marseille, faced the challenge of the end of the contract for its offices located in the Santa Catarina building. . In this scenario, it became imperative to evaluate not only the renewal of the existing contract, but also explore opportunities for change that could bring additional benefits to its operations.
Faced with the possibility of consolidating its offices in a single space, possibly shared with another company in the group, the company was looking for a solution that would not only meet its immediate needs, but also offer long-term advantages in terms of operational efficiency and financial savings.
It was in this context that the company used the services of Ocupantes. With a careful approach and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, we began negotiations with the owners of the offices in the Santa Catarina building on behalf of the French company.
Throughout the negotiation process, Ocupantes demonstrated its ability to obtain concrete results for the benefit of its clients. In the case of the maritime transport company, the end result was an impressive saving of more than one million reais.
