Energizer’s São Paulo office plays a vital role, hosting the main server responsible for powering the entire Latin American operation. With essential infrastructure concentrated in this strategic location, renewing the lease contract became a critical issue to ensure the continuity of the company’s commercial operations in the region.
Renovation challenges
However, Energizer faced a significant challenge as the building’s lease was about to expire. The property owners planned to retrofit the building, which complicated the renewal of the current lease. Faced with this scenario, the company was faced with the prospect of a possible change, which would be complex due to the sensitivity and importance of the main server hosted on site.
At that moment, Energizer counted on the intervention of Ocupantes. We acted quickly, conducting a thorough search for options in the Avenida Paulista region that met Energizer’s operational needs.
Negotiation and extension of the lease contract
In addition to exploring relocation alternatives, Ocupantes was able to negotiate with the owners of the Padre Manoel da Nóbrega building an extension of the current lease contract for another 12 months. This extension provided Energizer with the time needed to plan the server change appropriately, ensuring the continuity of its operations without significant interruptions.
