A Dutch multinational company founded in 1990 and present in Brazil since 2010, which is part of the Fagron Group, its purpose is to create value in the healthcare sector by offering a complete solution of products and services for handling personalized medicines.
Operating within eight specific areas, ranging from hormonal modulation and sexuality to pharmaceutical and veterinary solutions, Fagron Brasil bases all its solutions on the most demanding global standards, guaranteeing excellence and provenance in its products and services, including BPDF certification.
Logistical challenges
To consolidate its logistics operations in Brazil, the Fragron Group company faced the challenge of finding an industrial property that met all its operational and strategic needs. Given the lack of ready-made properties on the market that suited her premises, she opted for the “Build-To-Suit” model, seeking a tailor-made solution for her demands.
Ocupantes played a fundamental role in the search for a personalized solution that pleased the Fagron Group. With an atypical contract and custom construction in the strategic region of Jundiaí, Ocupantes made it possible for the company to not need to invest significant capital in adapting a logistics warehouse for its operation. The project required a great deal of negotiation, technical detailing and the search for a project that could make it viable.

Jonathan Govier | Real Estate Director
He joined Ocupantes as a real estate consultant in 2014 in the business area, representing national and international corporate clients. He is a professional who worked in international trade as a trader for 17 years in the Steel and Metals industry, in addition to 10 years acting as a Back Office, IT and Facilities manager.
Graduated in Business Administration from FGV, with a postgraduate degree in Master Information Technology from FIAP in São Paulo.
