A Japanese giant, a global leader in industrial automation and with a presence that spans five continents, with more than 240 offices in 46 countries and serving more than 300,000 companies in 110 countries, faced a significant challenge in 2022. In this case, we will present how the Ocupantes worked hand-in-hand with the client to get the best deal on the lease of a new office in the São Paulo Corporate Towers – Torre Norte building, with an impressive 2,513 m² of space.
The challenge
They faced the challenge of meeting the company’s expansion process, which would like to double the size of its office, but they had an important preference: to remain in the Faria Lima region, which is an important business center in São Paulo.
Ocupantes took action to find the ideal solution. This process involved a careful analysis of more than 40 buildings, several visits to potential sites and in-depth technical studies. After a thorough evaluation, the strategic decision was made to establish the company’s new headquarters at São Paulo Corporate Towers – Torre Norte.
The choice of this location was based on several factors, including infrastructure, available space, strategic location in the Faria Lima region and the ability to meet expansion needs. The decision to opt for São Paulo Corporate Towers proved to be the right one, offering a large space of 2,513 m², ideal for housing the company’s growing operations.
