Although these alternatives were financially viable, they ran into the high cost of the required structural adaptations. It was then that the innovative solution emerged: looking for “shadow spaces”, that is, options that would become available in high-end buildings in the near future.
With a keen eye, Ocupantes found a floor that would soon be available in the Infinity Tower building. We still guarantee an exceptional negotiation for our client, maintaining the already approved annual budget. In addition, Ocupantes managed to acquire all the improvements and furniture left by the former tenant, at no additional cost, emphasizing that these improvements and furniture are valued at more than R$20 million. This solution not only met but exceeded the customer’s expectations.
