Entrance Hall – Corporate Park Building – Itaim

In the dynamic business scenario, the logistics company was recently faced with the need to make significant changes to the layout of its office in the Corporate Park Building – Itaim, occupying an area of 1,225 m². Given this perspective, it became crucial to invest in improvements to the property’s infrastructure. However, the lease contract was about to expire, and the owners, aware of the heating up of the real estate market, proposed an increase in the lease value that could make the deal unviable.

    Ocupantes’ intervention

Through skillful negotiation, our team was able to not only avoid the increase proposed by the owners, but also obtain a significant reduction in the rental price. This intervention not only made it possible to extend the contractual term, but also provided the logistics company with the necessary financial margin to invest in the desired infrastructural adaptations.
