With a presence on 5 continents and more than 260 offices spread across 40 countries, an industrial automation company with a long and prestigious history of 48 years, aimed to strengthen its presence in the southern region of Brazil. The company already had a large office in Curitiba and decided to open a new one in Porto Alegre. This decision aimed to better serve its customers in the region and consolidate its operations in the Brazilian market.
The choice of the new office involved a detailed process led by Ocupantes. Detailed analyzes of several buildings, technical visits and in-depth studies of the available options were carried out. After all this evaluation, the client decided to establish its new headquarters in the JBZ – João Benjamin Zaffari building.
The JBZ – João Benjamin Zaffari building was chosen for its bold appearance and high construction quality, which earned it a LEAD Platinum and the second highest score in South America in terms of sustainable building. Located in a strategic region of Porto Alegre, the building provides easy access and modern infrastructure, essential for the company’s operations.
