Founded in 1991, a law firm has a notable history of participation in the most relevant infrastructure projects developed in Brazil. Since the implementation of the 1988 Constitution, it has played a fundamental role in the institutional changes that have occurred in the country, solidifying itself as a reference in the legal sector.
With the office located in the prestigious RB1 building, the law firm faced a major challenge: the rent was above the market average. This factor generated uncertainty about the feasibility of continuing to occupy the same space. Given this scenario, the company was evaluating the possibility of remaining or seeking new options.

Ocupantes was called in to conduct a careful analysis of the market and begin negotiations with the owners of the RB1 building. This process involved:
Market consultation: We carried out a detailed investigation of the current conditions of the real estate market, identifying alternatives and benchmarks that could serve as a basis for negotiation.
Strategic negotiations: We began negotiations with the building’s owners, presenting solid arguments and market data that justified the need to review the rent value.
Results achieved
After a careful and strategic negotiation process, we managed to obtain a significant result for the client. The lease contract was renewed for another 36 months with a reduction of more than 43% in the rent. This achievement not only provided significant financial savings for the company, but also ensured that it remained in a location of great importance for its operations.
